Rachel Maddow is the host of “The Rachel Maddow Show” on MSNBC, as well as the #1 New York Times bestselling author of Drift and Blowout. Born in Castro Valley, California, Maddow received a BA in public policy from Stanford University and earned a doctorate at Oxford, where she studied on a Rhodes Scholarship. She lives in New York City and Massachusetts with her partner, artist Susan Mikula. She appeared at The Progressive Forum March 10, 2013, discussing Drift.
